FAQs & What to Expect
-
Vitamin infusions are highly concentrated mixtures of vitamins and minerals that are delivered directly into the bloodstream by IV (intravenous). When this happens, nutrients are able to work quickly in the body, instantly replenishing and revitalizing your body – rather than waiting to be absorbed in the digestive tract.
-
Yes! This method of treatment has been around for over 50 years, and there have been no known risks involved regarding the body’s ability to absorb nutrients this way. IV therapies are safe when administered by a licensed medical professional. We also choose high-quality, medically-cleared minerals and vitamins, so you can rest assured that you’re getting only the best.
-
We offer several different vitamin cocktails, with the option to add on additional minerals. You can see our current list here.

Everyone! Our lives are so busy, and getting regular infusions is just another way that we can take care of ourselves. Many vitamins can boost energy, immunity, and hydration. People who can benefit the most from infusions are those who suffer from digestive issues and diseases, as they aren’t able to absorb nutrients as effectively as others.
-
Everybody is different, but for most people, they’ll notice an increase in energy levels right away. When you have optimum vitamin and mineral levels, your body is able to support proper metabolism, cortisol levels, cellular health, mood, and good sleep patterns. Vitamin infusions can also create an immune system boost which has been shown to be very helpful during cold, flu and allergy season.
-
The average drip takes about an hour, but please plan on about an hour and half for the entire session to allow for set up and IV removal.
-
No need for a prescription! While we do not diagnose or treat medical illnesses, vitamin infusions have been shown to have many benefits. We do recommend talking to your doctor before beginning vitamin infusions, especially if you have a major health condition.
-
We’ve curated a menu of cocktails to help with common issues, with the option to add on some extra boosts. If there is something specific that you’re looking for, please let us know!
-
You might notice dramatic effects after your first treatment, especially if you’re nutrient deficient. Those who get regular vitamin infusions will feel less dramatic effects as their body starts to become more nutrient efficient. Your frequency is entirely dependent on your personal need: choose to get an IV weekly, multiple times a week, several times a month or just as needed.
-
Some people feel a warm sensation during a session from certain vitamins, like B vitamins and magnesium. Others just feel calm and relaxed. Feel free to bring a book, iPad, movie or whatever else you’d like for the duration of your session.
-
Everyone’s pain threshold is different, and while most people find the IV process painless, others might feel slight discomfort on the needle stick. After your session, you should feel refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to continue on with your day!

✸ Have something for your entertainment during your infusion, if you’d like!
